It is a matter of great pride for me to have been entrusted the responsibility of serving the Jinnah Polytechnic Institute as a Principal which is a renowned institution established in 1961 having a historical perspective and since then producing versatile Associate Engineers in various technologies endowed with leadership qualities under the able guidance and supervision of highly qualified and trained faculty staff.
The Jinnah Polytechnic Institute is one of the proud projects of Anjuman-e-Islamia Trust Pakistan founded by Late Al-Haj Moulvi RayazUddin Ahmed (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, Pakistan) which was blessed by the Founder of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah with the permission to use his name after such Institution for enhancing technical and scientific education in the country. The Jinnah Polytechnic Institute being a non-profit making organization has a peculiar vision to spread the quality education to diversified humanity in an economical way and at minimum cost to promote continuous quality improvements in teaching, learning and creation activities. Utilizing my vast teaching and administrative experience of the professional career and also, keeping in view the well-defined vision and mission of the Institute, I stand committed to make all possible efforts with the proactive role of the faculty & management for developing SOPs related to academic activities and thus upgrading quality education in the Institute multi-dimensionally as a hub of academic excellence. I warmly welcome to new comers to this great institution of higher learning who are likely to be admitted in Jinnah Polytechnic Institute after a competitive process and pray for their prospective future who would be a real asset for our country through their professional contributions in achieving national goals. Finally, I am greatly indebted to Mr. Wajeeh Uddin Ahmed, General Secretary, Anjuman-e-Islamia Trust Pakistan and former Principal of Jinnah Polytechnic Institute / Vice President of Trust Mr. Zahid Hussain Usmani for their continuous guidance and support to run all pertinent matters of this esteemed Institute smoothly for the cause of quality education.
I hope and pray that Jinnah Polytechnic Institute upholds its tradition of producing versatile technologists for tomorrow under the vision of founder Alhaj Moulvi Rayaz Uddin Ahmed (T.I) who go on to bring a good name not only for this institute but for their parents and Pakistan too.
Together we shall shape a brighter and promising future of our children-INSHA ALLAH.
